Flapjacks
4ozs Butter
3oz Tate &
Lyle Golden Syrup
3oz Soft
Brown Sugar
8oz Scott's
Porage Oats
Put butter,
syrup and sugar into a saucepan and place over a low heat until melted.
Remove from
heat and stir in oats and mix well.
Spread into
a greased approx: 8"x12" pan and smooth top with knife.
Bake at
350deg F for 30 minutes.
Leave in
pan for 5 minutes then cut into 24 fingers.
Remove from
pan when cold.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks, Flapjacks improve with
keeping.
